Led the design and development of multiple SharePoint-based hubs to improve internal communication, streamline resource access, and support organisational learning. Projects included the creation of centralised learning hubs for trainers and employees, promoting continuous professional development and easy access to training materials, course information, and support resources.

Also developed media and brand asset libraries to house videos, infographics, style guides, and other multimedia content. The hubs ensured consistency and accessibility across teams; each hub was tailored to user needs, built for scalability, and aligned with business goals to foster collaboration and knowledge sharing across departments.
