At Hastings Deering, I led the enterprise-wide digital transformation of onboarding, safety, RTO, and compliance learning, converting fragmented face-to-face content into a scalable, governed digital learning ecosystem.
I redesigned critical programs, including Workplace Bullying & Harassment, Code of Business Conduct, Fatigue Management, Working at Heights, and Testing & Tagging, enhancing instructional quality, assessment integrity, visual consistency, and long-term sustainability.
I architected the organisation’s LMS content framework and governance model within Ready LMS and ReadyTech, enabling consistent delivery, compliance alignment, and data-informed capability decisions.
I designed and implemented enterprise SharePoint learning hubs to centralise trainer resources, marketing assets, and internal learning content, improving accessibility, version control, and cross-business visibility.
Working closely with senior stakeholders, SMEs, and RTO teams, I delivered over 15 RTO-compliant learner guides, handbooks, course frameworks, and visual learning assets, including videos, infographics, and interactive multimedia, all aligned to corporate branding standards.
I established copyright and course development governance, protecting intellectual property, strengthening compliance, and improving development efficiency across the enterprise.
This work contributed to Hastings Deering being recognised as Employer of the Year (Metro) at the 2025 Queensland Training Awards, positioning learning as a strategic business capability and driving measurable improvements in workforce capability, safety, and workplace culture.
