Supported the redesign of key organisational learning programs, including the Age Manager module and onboarding programs such as Workplace Bullying & Harassment, strengthening learner engagement and aligning content with organisational values and preventative education objectives.

The project also included developing a learning strategy and recommendations for future capability development, creating branded learning resources and visual assets, and maintaining learning content and assessments within aXcelerate to support consistent delivery and ongoing quality improvement.
