Solar Accreditation Australia (SAA)
Solar Accreditation Australia engaged me to strengthen learning and capability across Australia's national solar accreditation scheme. Working in partnership with business leaders, subject matter experts and industry stakeholders, I help design and embed learning solutions that support workforce capability, regulatory compliance and continuous improvement.
My work spans learning strategy through to implementation, including capability workshops, enterprise learning governance, accreditation pathways, CPD frameworks, Learning Experience Design (LXD) and digital learning solutions. By combining stakeholder engagement with human-centred learning design, I translate complex technical and regulatory requirements into practical learning experiences that improve learner confidence, consistency and organisational capability.
The project continues to evolve as new learning initiatives are introduced to support industry capability, quality assurance and the future direction of accredited learning across the sector.
