Hastings Deering
At Hastings Deering, I led the transformation of fragmented onboarding, safety, RTO and compliance training into a cohesive enterprise learning ecosystem that strengthened workforce capability, improved governance and supported consistent learning across multiple business units.
As the organisation's sole Instructional Designer, I partnered with the Learning and Development leadership team, HR, Safety, RTO specialists and operational subject matter experts to modernise learning across the business. My work extended beyond course development to include enterprise learning governance, digital learning architecture, knowledge management and learning technologies, creating scalable solutions that supported long-term organisational capability.

Together, these initiatives established a scalable enterprise learning ecosystem that improved learner experience, strengthened governance and contributed to Hastings Deering's recognition as the 2025 Queensland Training Awards – Employer of the Year (Metro).
