Learner Guides

I developed and delivery of accredited training across Screen & Media, Graphic Design, and Digital Technologies, designing flexible programs for both in-person and online learning environments.

Partnering with stakeholders, I ensured programs met RTO, ASQA, and Australian Government Style Manual standards, while creating comprehensive learning materials including lesson plans, assessments, infographics, and video assets aligned with TAS and national training packages.

I architected and maintained LMS environments using Connect, leveraging HTML/CSS to optimise learner experience and accessibility, and used analytics, engagement tools, and reporting to monitor performance and drive learner outcomes.

I provided expert guidance on adult learning principles, instructional design, and compliance audit preparation, contributing to program validation, resource creation, and readiness for internal and external audits across multiple TAFE campuses (Southbank, Mount Gravatt and Coomera).
