Vocational Education & Learning Design

TAFE Queensland

Over seven years at TAFE Queensland, I designed and delivered accredited vocational education across Screen & Media, Graphic Design and Digital Technologies, combining facilitation with instructional design to create engaging learning experiences for classroom, blended and online delivery.

Working across multiple campuses, I partnered with industry stakeholders and academic teams to develop curriculum, assessment and digital learning resources aligned with national training packages, RTO and ASQA requirements, and the Australian Government Style Manual. My work included learner guides, assessment tools, lesson plans, infographics, multimedia and video resources that supported consistent, high-quality learning experiences.

Beyond the classroom, I maintained LMS environments within Connect, optimising learner experience through HTML/CSS customisation, accessibility improvements and learner analytics. I also contributed to validation, moderation and audit readiness, providing guidance on adult learning, instructional design and quality assurance across multiple programs.
