Hello. I’m Cherie.
I’m a senior learning and capability specialist with 15+ years’ experience designing and embedding learning systems across government, education, mining, aviation, construction, and not-for-profit sectors. I create learning and onboarding ecosystems that are practical, compliant, and designed to last. I translate complex regulatory, technical, and operational requirements into clear, engaging solutions that learners can actually use and trust.
I specialise in learning experience design, compliance-aligned frameworks, and digital learning transformation, working closely with stakeholders to deliver solutions that balance creativity with governance. From architecting learning ecosystems to producing multimedia content and leading end-to-end initiatives, I bring a systems-thinking approach that strengthens workforce capability, embeds organisational values, and builds operational confidence.
Grounded in ASQA, RTO, and other regulatory environments, my practice blends evidence-based frameworks, trauma-informed design, and thoughtful technology integration to ensure learning is inclusive, effective, and aligned to real-world practice.
